Valli Trading Ltd is a British company that, registered in Gibraltar, leads a group of international associate companies with over 60 years of combined experience in civil engineering, and in the trade and manufacture of cement, concrete and phosphate. The group finances and delivers investment and construction projects across Kuwait, the United Kingdom, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Iraq.

The group worked through associate companies including Kier International (UK), Musaad Al Saleh and Sons (Kuwait), Samsung (South Korea), Alkanz Ltd (Iraq), Nationwide Technologies Ltd (UK), IP Navoi Milling (Uzbekistan) and Eurocommerce Ltd (UK).

Civil engineering work spans motorways, three major sea ports and eleven river bridges on the Tigris and Euphrates, together with two major power stations and major irrigation pumping stations. In piling and foundations the group has been the number one contractor in two countries, reaching 100,000 precast piles driven to date, and holds a know-how certificate for bridge design. The group has also delivered the civil works for two major refineries and built the largest oil tank farm in Kuwait.

In Uzbekistan the group has invested in cement production and export through Akhangaran Rangli Cement, and in phosphate production — work recognised with two presidential awards — holding a 43-year licence for the Ayakudik Phosphate Quarry in Navoi district.

The group is the largest bridge construction company in Mesopotamia, having built eleven river bridges on the Tigris and Euphrates: the bridges at Sukil Shuyoukh, Fohood, Hammar and Chibayish; the two bridges at Shetheriya; the Kahla Bridge, Altar Bridge and Akayka Bridge; plus seven bridges on the Baghdad–Abu Ghraib Motorway intersection.
